COMMENT: A Price Drop for Solar Panels

Just want to make clear about prices mentioned in the beginning of article, said as solar power cost, I think it should be solar panel cost.
It can be missleading because they are two different things.
Solar panel is a hardware that produces solar electric power for many years (30 – 40 years life span).
